  • 「ひねくれ猫のたわごと」は、絵本をテーマとした曲の世界観が立体のペーパークラフトとセットになった、コンセプトCD＆クラフトです。色合いとラッピングはクリスマス仕様です。
    高層ビルが立ち並ぶ煌びやかな都会の片隅で、捨てられた家具達と生活をともにするある一匹の猫のストーリー。
    昔のジャズスウィングのサウンドに合わせて、アナログレコード風のCD盤と歌詞カード、組み立てると「蓄音機」になる立体組み立てジャケットがふろくとしてついています。

    　高層ビルが立ち並ぶ煌びやかな都会の片隅で、捨てられた家具達と生活をともにするある一匹のひねくれた捨て猫のストーリー。

    　今日はやることあるけど出来ない、そんなテンション。まずは腹が減っては作業もできない、でも服のボタンがとれたから買い物にもいけない、けど裁縫道具がない、、そんなダメな日常生活。

日米を行き来し、2008年から東京で活動。２年間でオリジナルのCD2枚と、アレンジャー/キーボーディスト安部潤のプロデュースでフュージョンのアルバム1枚をリリース。横沢ローラの歌詞の主人公の半分は人間ではない。チェロ弾きに恋するクモの話。シロツメクサとカエルの話。ゴミ捨て場の家具の山に住む一匹の猫の話。世界一の男と結婚しようと思っている蚊の話…。 洗練されつつもあどけなさを感じさせる独特な歌声でストーリーを歌にして伝える。
その世界観を形にした、飛び出す絵本のような立体CDジャケットや、オリジナルアクセサリ、曲に絵をつけたオリジナル曲のPVなどクリエイティブな作品も作り続ける。ドリランド（ゲーム）、サンリオ、トヨタなど数々のCMにも歌唱で参加。
